This is an endless cycle. There will be a time when people stops knocking your door.This sounds very sad but this is how our societies are becoming day by day. Ask yourself how many good friends you have now, with whom you shared your life? 2-1-none. The reason is not that people are bad out there but we are not ready to accept anyone. Did you ever think, how much are you available for your friends when they need you. How many times you make them feel that, you are still looking ahead and you haven’t gave up on them, you are still there to hold his/her and walk through the difficult crossroads?

The way we are evolving {its evolving or dissolving, don’t know} is not really good for future generation. Get back in time, when you were a kid. How many times did you fight for you friend back then? How many time did you tell lies to your parents for them? How many times did you bring chocolate for them? Count the instances. Opps, we just grew up. We have become more practical and yes independent too.

This is not an advice but a fact.

यह जो छोटी सी कहानी अपने अभी पढ़ी , यह मैंने नहीं लिखी | उठाई हैं ,”Pursuit of Happyness ” फिल्म से | इसको पढने के बाद आपको शायद बहुत हंसी आई हो , वो जो डूब मर मारा उसपर नहीं , मुझपर ! आप सोच रहे होंगे की क्या पुराना माल सबको बताते रहता हूँ | पर मै एक बात पक्के से कहता हूँ जो में बताने वाला हैं उसे आपने नज़रंदाज़ कर दिया होगा |

यह जो हमारी जिंदगी हैं बहुत छोटी हैं | बस ७० साल की यह जिंदगी में हम दुनिया की सारी खुसिया लपेट लेना चाहते हैं | हम हमेशा सोचते हैं की कहीं से कोई शोर्ट कट मिल जाये और हम सीधे बड़ा आदमी बन जाये | मुझे भी बचपन में पैसे बनाने का बहुत शोक था | मुझे भी एक सपना आता था, जिसमे में देखता था , कुछ बदमास लोग पैसे लेकर भाग रहे हैं और पुलिस उनके पीछे हैं , और डर कर उन्होंने वह पैसे वाला बैग अपने कार के खिड़की से बहार फेक दिया और वह बैग मुझे मिल गया | सपने तो सपना ही रह गया ,अब उससे कुछ नहीं मिला तो बाबागिरी शुरू कर दिया|

में हमेशा से सोचता रहता था की मेरे पड़ोस वाले बाबा इतने ज्ञानी कैसे बने | शुरू तो हमने साथ में ही करा था फिर आज मै इतना कम ज्ञानी कैसे रह गया | फिर में ऊपर वाले को दोष देने लगा , उन्होंने ही मेरी वाट लगायी है , उन्होंने ही मुझे इतना छोटा बना कर भेजा हैं, उन्होंने मुझे ज्ञान पाने की क्षमता क्यूँ कम दी?

फिर उन्होंने कहा, “ये मुर्ख ! जाकर इन्टरनेट पर अपना मेल चेक कर , देख तुमने कितने assignment कॉपी करे हैं | मैंने तुम्हे वो सारी चीज़े दी है जो मैंने सबको दी है | बस तुम्हे उन सब चीजों को इस्तेमाल करना नहीं आया | तुम सिर्फ आगे बढ़ना चाहते थे पर तुम भूल गए आगे बढ़ने के लिए हमें अपने अन्दर कुछ शक्तियों का विकास करना पड़ता है | यह शक्तियां एक दिन में नहीं आ जाती | तुमने वो सारी शक्तियों के बीज को फूटने ही नहीं दिया | अभी भी समय हैं , द्वार अब भी सब के लिए खुला है | आगे बढ़ो, उन छोटी छोटी चीजों को नज़रंदाज़ मत करो, उनके साथ थोडा समय बिताओ, उससे कुछ सीखो क्योंकि एक किताब भी पन्नो का संग्रह है और हमें अगर किताब ख़तम करनी हैं तो हरेक पन्ना पढना जरूरी है | “

फिर मुझे एहसास हुआ , हम हमेशा बड़ी चीज़ के पीछे भागते रहते है और इस बिच हमारे जिंदगी में जो छोटी छोटी oppurunity आती हैं उसे हम नज़रंदाज़ कर देते हैं | उन छोटे छोटे चीजों को पूरा करने की खुसी हम खो देते हैं | एक ऊचे पहाड़ पर चड़ने की कोशिश में हम छोटी छोटे सीडिया भी चड़ना भूल जाते हैं | मंजिल तक पहुचने के प्रयास करने के वाजाय हम मंजिल को एक बार में ही पाना चाहते हैं | पर हम भूल जाते हैं सीडी सिर्फ चड़ने का ही जरिया नहीं पर एक आरामदायक स्थल भी हैं जहाँ हम थोड़ी देर बैठ कर आराम भी कर सकते हैं और फिर से ताज़े मन से ऊपर चढ़ सकते हैं | सीडिया हमारे लिए एक मापक यन्त्र की तरह भी काम करती हैं | हम सीढियों को गिन कर यह बता सकते हैं हम कितने ऊपर बैठे हैं | पर अगर जीवन में २ ही सीडिया हो तो हमारा जीना भी ० – १ में बदल जाता हैं | ० से १ पर अचानक से पहुचने की खुसी तो बहुत होती हैं पर वह खुसी क्षण भर के लिए ही होती है |
तो फिर भक्तजनो थोडा देर बैठ कर आराम से सोचिये की आपको चाहिए क्या इस जिंदगी से | फिर एक एक करके उनको छोटे छोटे कणों में विभाजित करे | फिर हर कण को धीरे धीरे अपने इस सुनहरी धागे {life} में पिरोये |

अब आप ताली बजा सकते है |
{चारो तरफ से तालियाँ ही तालियाँ | बाबा की चेहरे पर मुस्कान फिर से नज़र आती हुई | “खुसी” तो “खुसी” ही होती हैं क्यूंकि “खुशी – happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it. No matter what. }

If I have to modify whole thing my way, treat that infinite power as your friend. Ask them to share their infinite knowledge with you. Hold __ and say I believe you and you should believe me too. I am not going to break your trust and similar things goes to you. If something wrong anyway, I would think that you have something better in your infinite pool of knowledge. And something goes bad on your side you will think the same. But be my friend always. Our friendship shouldn’t be affected by any means. No more third party involvement.

Fill in the blanks. I don’t want to associate any kind of gender to ____. Possible ans {him/her/ why not “it”?} .

I don’t have any control now but I promise myself that I will live my life in such a way that when I will die everything remains the same except a small changes of roles, I will be smiling. !!!

मुझे पता है तुम कितना अकेला महसूस करते हो | पर यह याद रखना की जीवन के इस दौड़ मैं वही सबसे तेज चलता है, जो अकेला चलता है। हमें प्रत्येक अच्छा कार्य पहले असम्भव नजर आता है। पर तुम कभी यह मत भूलना की  ऊद्यम ही सफलता की कुंजी है। जीवन के इस मोड़ पर परेशानियों ने तुम्हे घेर रखा हैं ! सब पराये लगते हैं | पर तुम्हे इन परेशानियों से जूझ कर, लड़ कर आगे बढ़ना हैं| भाग्य मैं जो है  सो है पर यह याद रखना  भाग्य साहसी का ही साथ देता है और संकल्प ही मनुष्य का बल है। तो तुम निराश मत हो ! अपने शक्तियो पर भरोसा करो | तुम ज्ञान का सागर हो | तुम वो पहाड़ हो जो प्रचंड वायु मे भी विचलित नही होते।  “यू अरे स्पेशल , बिलीव इत !” सफलता बस अत्यधिक परिश्रम चाहती है। मेहनत, हिम्मत और लगन से कल्पना साकार होती है , मनोरथो से नही | तुम बस कर्म करते जाओ | क्योंकि कर्म करने मे ही अधिकार है, फल मे नही।
यह हमेशा याद रखना आपका बुद्धि ही आपका गुरु है। मैं आशा करता हूँ की आपका दिन दोगुनी रात चौगुनी तरक्की हो।

I wrote this when I was waiting for my friend to say me goodbye and she never replied back. Angry  Angry and too much angry with me.  Sometime we need to pay prices for our stupidity and this time I was paying. Slightly depressed  but I enjoyed that night.

Its 4:32 in the morning. I opened the door and a cold breeze passes by. It makes me feel too good. I could now listen to the temple song. There are only few morning when we experience this. I am waiting for the sun to come out and say “Good Morning” to me though I am still enjoying the beautiful moon. I want to see both both “the mighty sun” and ‘the beautiful moon” together. Moon friend “Sky” is silently telling me another great story. He said : I am dark and everybody hates darkness but still I want to be more dark because it pleases my friend Moon. Moon looks beautiful in my darkness.

Moon get so touched and replied back.. : I know you are not dark as I have seen you in presence of my friend Sun in early morning. He also told me that you sparkle like diamonds in morning. Your presence is endless.I want everybody to know that you are special to me also thats why I lit up infinite numbers of candles (stars) to make you more beautiful.

The super power “Sun” felt so good to see their friendship that he said : I will give you few moments to meet each other and it will be so special that everybody will love it and will call it “Dawn”. I will lighten up your dark friend “Sky” with my “LALIMA” and you will be there to watch him.

1. I couldn’t find any option from where I can invite people from different company/domain.
I think we should be given this option of inviting people in different company. Because people like me have 100s of contacts outside the company.

2. I believe no company allows you to access company mailbox after you leave them. So does it means that my yammer account will be of no use (as I won’t get any mail updates) if I changed my company. What about my old friend in previous company?

3. Most of us switches companies yearly. Is there anything which combines two or more profiles because these days nobody wants to maintain two account for same purpose.

LU : Oh My god! Do you know I ordered a suit few days back.It cost me around $600. It is said that they are the leaders in suit making but it seems I wasted my money. Everybody says its a new design but It seems, I have seen the suit somewhere.I would have bought that from the known leaders of suit makers MM which only cost me $619 or I would have gone with my present suit which is far far better than anything I bought after that.
